Who is Jim Hawk?

Who am I and why am I here?

I was born in 1969 in Central California in a small farming community. I went to an elementary school and then I was bussed to another small town only 20 minutes away for my high school education. From there I studied at a central valley university where I received my Bachelors degree in Political Science.
